The SSIDP is a member of the North Campus Professional Development group (NCPD).

The NCPD group collaborates to develop programming that supports graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in the social sciences, humanities, education, and the arts. The group creates opportunities for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows to learn from and network with industry leaders. By connecting current UCLA graduate students and postdocs with professional role models through speaker events, expert panels, networking nights, and more, this program creates a pathway to diverse careers open to those with doctorate degrees in a wide array of fields.
